Not Good Enough

Many of us feel not good enough, unworthy of love or invaluable. I work with many clients in therapy that struggle with self-confidence, self-esteem, or self-worth. For those clients who desire Christian Counseling, we dig to the core of it all. We are worthy of love and valuable because of who loved us first. We were created, knit together in our mother's womb by our Creator. When we try to base our worth on our works, things we do, we will always fall short. We can't measure up based on what we do. Our worth and value come from the fact that He loves us; He created us and He saves us.  This blogger says it so eloquently; I encourage you to take some time to read the blog post today. If you have difficulty loving yourself, seeing your worth, or accepting others' love - Christian Counseling can be a step in helping you accept your worth and value based on Christ's love for you!
